As you all may know or may care to know, us 2 dope bitches are into fashion. We have our own very different yet similar styles and we have a very “IDGAF” attitude towards how we dress on the day to day. We do what we want and don’t worry about what people will think or say. We also have an appreciation for people who have similar outlooks on life.
V Magazine is a fantastic publication that always has gorgeous editorials, cool articles and sends out pretty dope emails to it’s loving members. I recently stumbled upon this video teaser entitled “Dear White People.” It is a smart, poignant, and hilarious take on being a black student at an Ivy League university as well as raising issues of the black community in general.
It is a funny movie with a purpose- to make people think about the true state of society. At least that’s what I get from this. I actually watched this with a friend of mine and afterward we had a pretty deep conversation about society, music, mainstream media, junk food, and basically the black and “urban” community.
What do YOU get from this video?
The goal of the teaser, website and media push is to get enough donations ($25,000) to get this movie produced on a larger scale and hopefully into theaters nation-wide. I think people would actually go see this- I certainly would. They are actually close- over $16,000 last I checked which is a testament to the goodness of people helping out others.

In-between making a crazy photoshop birthday card for my mom and doing real work on the computer, I took a little time to zone out into Twitter world. So, what did I find? A map of worldwide penis size. That’s right, a map displaying the average pinga size (in cm’s, so annoying) of each country. It’s funny to see how the “facts” weigh up to the stereotypes ( Africa and China, I’m looking at you two here.)
Here’s a LITTLE except about the map:
According to this interactive map, all of the world’s least well-endowed countries are located there, with South Korea bringing up the rear at 3.8 inches.
India and Thailand and Cambodia go head to head (to head), each coming in at a solid 4 inches.
China’s little soldiers, ranking 4.3 inches on average, are a good match for the average Japanese Capt. Winkie (also 4.3).
But the real weenies seem to be in the Congo (7.1 inches), with Ecuador not far behind (6.9 inches).

Despot, Heems and Kool A.D.
Hey guys, Aja here, and I don’t know about you but I have this weird fear that I’m going to meet someone who I LOVE like Nas or Kanye West and they will be horribly rude and/or cocky which will cause a conflict every time I hear their music like “Damn, I want to jam to this, but he’s hella mean”. Anyways, I got a chance to meet and chit chat with the fellas of Das Racist and they are super cool, down to earth, hilarious guys. Heems was pretty innebriated, so I mostly just spoke with Kool A.D. and was cracking up during the whole conversation.
Das Racist, along with Danny Brown and Despot, stopped in Miami’s own Grand Central (by the way, one of the best musical venues I’ve been to) for the Relax album release tour. Read more about how this came about here!

The show was off the hook, Heems even took his boots off and walked around in socks, strumming his mic like a guitar when he wasn’t rapping. I love how at random points in the night they would finish a song and then say something like “I’m sorry you guys are probably bored right now….sorry” making for a brief awkward moment followed by laughter and the start of another song everyone loved. There was Crowd Surfing. At one point, the guys sang Usher‘s “You Make Me Wanna” a Capella. The crowd joined in, of course.

I arrived at Grand Central late enough to have missed both Depsot and Danny Brown’s sets, which sucks, but I at least got to see the whole gang perform “The Last Huzzah” remix, excluding Mr. Muthafuckin eXquire and EL-P who aren’t on the tour.

Olivia Olson is a young American actress from California. Born in May of 1992, she has already done so much at 19! She does voice overs for cartoons, most recently she is the voice of Marceline the Vampire Queen on the amazing Cartoon Network show Adventure Time. I got into this show my because my roommate is obsessed with it and I always hear Tyler, The Creator talk about it in his songs. Let me tell you, this shit is HILARIOUS. It has that type of humor that kids will laugh at but it’s really meant for adults. The show is also very musical, with the characters singing, rapping and beat boxing all the time. I wanted to know who voiced Marceline due to the fact that she is an amazing singer.
Turns out Olivia Olson is quite the musical prodigy:
She has appeared as a singer and actress on television shows and in live theater, including Comedy Central Stage, the HBO Theater, The Fake Gallery, and The Disney TV show Phineas and Ferb. Olson has also appeared on The Tracy Morgan Show and guest starred on The Ellen DeGeneres Show singing with DeGeneres and actor Jack Black. According to director Richard Curtis‘ commentary in the music section of the Love Actually DVD, Olson’s singing was so perfect, they were afraid the audience would not believe that a ten-year-old could really sing the way she did. They had to train her so that her singing would sound more believable.
She is currently a cast member and singer on two animated series: Cartoon Network’s series “Adventure Time!”, playing Marceline the Vampire Queen, and on Disney’s animated series Phineas and Ferb playing Vanessa Doofenshmirtz, the sarcastic daughter of the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz. In one episode of “Adventure Time!”, her father, Martin Olson, guest starred as Marceline’s dad,where she sang a short song about him eating her fries.She also sings some songs in “Phineas and Ferb”, including the duet “Busted!” with Ashley Tisdale as well as solo songs, including “I’m Me,” “Not So Bad A Dad After All,” “I’m Lindana and I Wanna Have Fun”, and her song in the special “Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation“, “Got That Christmas Feeling.” Still in her teens, she has written songs for Phineas and Ferb, and has written and recorded her own songs with renowned music producers Rick Nowels, Camara Kambon and Hollywood jazz great Rob Mullins.

If your like me , your extremely intrigued by GIFs. GIF stands for Graphic Interchange Format and is widely compatible with many computers and web browsers , which add to their popularity. By compressing data and limiting color choice , it makes watching your best video images in small segments a joy.
So I’m going to try to do this every Friday. In which ill choose a topic/artist/whatever I feel like it and post delightful GIF images to keep you entertained on a Friday evening while you wait for the day to end so you can start partying on the weekend.

Theres nothing like a great laugh at nighttime. Chappelle Show was a classic late night show to catch and its def had its great moments and not-so-great moments. Either way we all miss this show and wish Dave would come back!
One of my most favorite skits was Charlie Murply’s True Hollywood Stories. Charlie Murphy , the brother of the famous actor Eddie Murphy, basically tells stories from the days when his brothers carreer peaked and Charlie was witness to some crazy moments with celebrites. The most famous (and i think only skits) were the ones including Prince and Rick James. They are classic viral videos and will always be funny. Man Chappelle Show rules…
