Here is another DOPE event going down in Miami for WMC ! want a slightly more chill night? This Tuesday it’s Lifted at Blackbird Ordinary – but this isn’t an ordinary night at all! The venue is going to be full of nationally and internationally known DJ’s- J. Period, Roxy Cottontail, San Gabriel, Walshy Fire, Hollywood Holt, Camp Gaby, Fly Guy, Louie Arson, Mike Deuce, alongside resident DJ’s Keen One and DJ Elle. Oh, did we not mention that the whole shebang is going to be guest hosted my the iconic MONIE LOVE ??
There will be giveaways from Deadfix, Midtown Smokeshop and Dade Wear alongside free pool, ping pong, cheap drinks and amazing music !

Oh Miami-party scene, you never cease to amaze me. We’ve got Chocolate Sundays at Purdy Lounge, Take Out Thursdays at Chow Down and among others now we have a new Tuesday spot!
This Tuesday ushers in the launch of LIFTED, a new weekly party at the newly renovated BLACKBIRD ORDINARY. As you may have heard, back in October the beloved dark and homey Transit Lounge was mysteriously closed down. Details were shaky and super suspect, but now we have a new gift. Blackbird Ordinary.
Hosted by Miss Lady J and Soarse Spoken, this weekly jam promises to bring hip-hop, funk, soul, and even disco to our ears once again. The DJ line up includes some classic DJs like our friends KEEN ONE and LOUIE ARSON and some newbies, but the line up looks solid.This party seems like just a great place to meet among friends and humble people along with cool vibes and energy, enough to get yourself “LIFTED” (corny huh?).
The party’s free and there’s going to be giveaways all night. Dope sounds, great company, oh and drink specials all night! Tuesday nights, you just got a bit more exciting!

This Sunday BARDOT in Midtown Miami takes it ol’ school hip hop with CAMP LO. This Bronx duo consist of Sonny Cheeba (Salahadeen Wilds) and Geechi Suede (Saladine Wallace) and if your familiar with the classic joint “Lucini” or “Coolie High” then you might just have been a hidden Camp Lo fan for years now.
BARDOT has been bringing some dope acts. Last weekend they had Talib Kweli and another time they had Pusha T , so I’m sure the show is gonna be hot and please belive me when I say get there early because they don’t play at the door.
Our homie DJ KEEN ONE is DJing and he rules! Always a great time when KEEN is spinning. Along side DJ ELLE , im sure this night will pack the house and its gonna be bananas!!
