This past Sunday the rap duo known of Chuck Inglish and Sir Michael Rocks a.k.a. The Cool Kids graced the stage at Miami’s own EVE event space in downtown. The night was started by a couple dope opening acts, and had DJ Jasmine Solano on the 1′s and 2′s.

The dudes were as stylish as ever, with Chuck in some Jordans and a buket hat while Mikey rocked some Hermés pants and Gourmet sneakers. Not to mention, us 2 dope bitches were wearing some cool stuff !- Norma had the Jordans on lock that night too with a bandana and a septum peircing while Aja had on a Stray Rats tee and some classic black and white Nike SB Blazers. Ashley Outrageous, 1/2 of Bread and Butter Shows (who threw the show) had on the ill green Pumas. Our boy Customs had on the tan Air Yeezy’s too.

All fashion talk aside, The Cool Kids did their thing, dancing and cooking onstage, keeping the crowd crazy. The after party was held at Purdy Lounge in South Beach, but what happens there stays there! We only grabbed pictures from the performance!

Peep some pictures below and don’t forget to check out our Facebook page for the rest!!

This Friday, New Jersey rapper Joe Budden come through EVE in downtown Miami for a performance alongside Miami’s own Sin, J. Nics, and DJ Keen One. Sin was really dope, with a cool steeze that sort of reminded me of Juelz Santana (in a good way). J.Nics rocked it, as always and it blew me away when I realized one of his beats sampled Xscape‘s “Who Can I Run To”, a personal favorite of mine. DJ Keen One is always on point, playing the music I want to hear (old and new) which is hard because I’m a picky listener.

As always, the vibe at EVE was perfect for the intimate concert. And it was funny when Budden picked 3 hardcore fans to come onstage and rap a solid 8 bars of a random song of his for a prize. The first guy, very drunk, was booted off stage for giving Joe a fake “rap” name instead of his real name. The second guy rapped well over the required 8 bars and won a prize.

Overall the show was great Joey really knows how to put on a show. Def became a fan watching him perform and saw how hype and dedicated his fans were. Watch out for a video with the footage of this dope ass concert soon.

After the concert we headed over to everyones favorite BAR BLACK , dam that place.

If when you think “Joe Budden” the only thought that comes to mind is “Pump It Up” – then you are horribly misinformed. This New Jersey rapper has been in the rap scene for years past his debut album in 2003 , which featured singles like “Fire” and yeahh “Pump It Up” – but that’s not your 2011 Joe Budden. For years in the underground scene Joe has been hustling under the radar (and in the strip clubs) working on mixtapes and EPs. Classic Mixtapes include Mood Muzik and Padded Room, – and his group Slaughterhouse (alongside MCs Royce da 5′ 9’’, Joell Ortiz, Crooked I) recently was signed to Shady Records.

Can’t fail to mention Joes new found online presence with the help of Twitter, U Stream , and blogs – he’s put his life front and center to the world which has helped him get his music out to more people. I personally think Joe Budden is a fool and fuckin hilarious on Twitter. (@JoeBudden if you don’t follow him!) – in-between dating Tahiry and making her the shit and talking back to people who try him on Twitter , he’s fucking crazy and seems like a real cool guy.

Looking forward to the show this Friday brought to you by Bread and Butter Events and Major Event Marketing, and our homie DJ Keen One on the tables, woo! Its gonna go down (basement) – ticjkets are $20 bucks . Make sure to say whaddup to your two fav bitches in attendance!
